Friendship Circle is an organization that caters to a large population, some of which are high risk for Covid-19. Safety is of paramount importance at our FC. In order to ensure best safety practices, we have put together these guidelines, based on the current (08/21) CDC recommendations.

We ask you to comply and abide by them in order to ensure a healthy and safe year.

1. Keep your hands clean.
Wash your hands with soap and water (or sanitizer if soap isn’t available) often; before, during and after a FC program.

2. Stay home if sick or recently exposed to COVID.
If you (or when applicable, someone in your family is unwell) please do not participate in FC programs and events. Do your best to notify us in advance of this situation so we can plan accordingly.

3. Keep physical distance.
When possible, stay at least 6 feet away from other people.

4. Wear a mask both indoors and outdoors.
When you wear a mask, you protect people around you in case you are infected but do not know it. A mask can also help protect you from infection.

5. In the event of a more elaborate program such as an overnight program or a camp; Covid testing may be required in order for a person to participate in the program.

The above mandate is a reflection of the current CDC guidelines. Friendship Circle will keep a close eye on the ever changing requirements and may add or remove specifications when applicable.
