Rabbi Berel Hildeshaim, Chairman of the Crown Heights Vaad Hakohol, toured the new Friendship Circle Center with Friendship Circle of Brooklyn Director, Rabbi Berel Majesky. Construction is coming to completion with an expected opening for Chai Elul.
