With gratitude to Hashem, and to the Rebbe for His incredible Brochos, we are thrilled to share that we have signed a contract to purchase a  future home and community center for Friendship Circle of Brooklyn.

After over two decades of Friendship Circle of Brooklyn being in operation, with offices hosted by the Jewish Children’s Museum and renting various spaces for our ongoing programs and initiatives; we are taking a giant leap forward and establishing Friendship Circle of Brooklyn’s Center for Family and Friends.

Strategically located at the crossroads of traditional Crown Heights, and the rapidly growing communities of East Flatbush and Remsen Village, our new 6000 SF property with indoor and outdoor space will enable us to continue serving over 250 local families raising individuals with special needs. Additionally, it will act as a community center for their extended families, our rapidly growing volunteer base, and the broader community.

While signing the contract marks just the first step in this journey, our vision goes far beyond the one floor currently on the lot. With a buildable square footage of over 30,000 SF, this location will allow us to build a befitting center that caters to the unique needs of our community.

As we embark on this journey, we are humbled by the unwavering dedication of our board of directors. Their passion and commitment have been the driving force behind reaching this dream. Equally, we extend heartfelt appreciation to our ever-growing community of partners and friends, whose boundless support, both financial and with their time and expertise, has made this dream a reality.

So, dear friends, stay tuned! This is not just a letter of celebration; it is an invitation to join us on this incredible journey as we pave the way to creating a Center for our families and volunteers.
