The Friendship Circle of Brooklyn recently celebrated the Bar Mitzvah of a family member.
Levi, who is a proud member of FC and joins the weekly Shabbos Minyan, recently had his 13th birthday. He could think of no better way to celebrate it, then with his friends and family from the Friendship Circle community.
So, after an amazing call up on Shabbos morning, lively Kiddush and great food, the stage was set for the perfect celebration.
The evening included child friendly food, ice cream and nosh bars and brand new books for each child to take home.
After the Rebbe’s letter was read, Rabbi Berel Majesky director of the Friendship Circle, spoke about the unique and beautiful qualities Levi has, how hard he worked preparing for his big day and thanked him for sharing his special occasion with the FC family.
Levi then took the mic and introduced the surprise of the night, Jewish Music superstar, Benny Friedman, who had the crowd dance the night away.
